It's a homemade project from a friend. I recently tried recreating it, but it doesn't work properly anymore—no clicks or red blinking. I think the graphics card was flickering before. I removed the power supply and saw it says P750GM. The motherboard is a Gigabyte Z390 UD. I don’t know the case model, but I can send a photo if needed.
Shut off the PSU switch. Remove all front panel connectors from the bottom right side of the motherboard. Use a screwdriver to touch the power pins and see if it turns on. Does it do the same?
