Hey, I see—your PC keeps flashing red and clicking when you try to turn it on. It sounds like something might be wrong with the power circuit or a component. You’ll likely need to check the power supply, fuse box, or possibly the motherboard for issues. Let me know if you want tips on troubleshooting steps!

Check the manufacturer details for the OEM build. For a do-it-yourself setup, identify the motherboard, power supply, and case models. The flashing red light usually indicates an error or fault in the system.

It's a homemade project from a friend. I recently tried recreating it, but it doesn't work properly anymore—no clicks or red blinking. I think the graphics card was flickering before. I removed the power supply and saw it says P750GM. The motherboard is a Gigabyte Z390 UD. I don’t know the case model, but I can send a photo if needed.

Shut off the PSU switch. Remove all front panel connectors from the bottom right side of the motherboard. Use a screwdriver to touch the power pins and see if it turns on. Does it do the same? This helps identify a faulty reset or power switch, which might cause that strange rapid boot cycle. Refer to the provided schematics for guidance.

Thanks for the feedback! I managed to buy a fresh power supply and updated all the connections. It looks like it’s working now.
