The issue involves my PC freezing unexpectedly while gaming, often without warning. It seems the graphics and keyboard freeze together, causing the screen to lock with no response. Despite music, video, or Discord calls continuing, I can still hear people talking in Discord but can't reply. The freezes usually last about a minute before stopping, requiring a hard reset. It's frustrating because the problem appears randomly and consistently during gameplay. I've tried different operating systems, replaced the GPU, updated drivers, upgraded power supply, changed RAM bios settings, and reset various configurations. The current setup includes an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X with NZXT Kraken, a B550 Gaming Plus motherboard, and specific SSDs and RAM.

I noticed comparable issues regarding incorrect mounting pressure on Intel CPUs, but your board appears to have pins. Verify their condition.

I tried it too, but the results were identical. Also worked on Linux—it functioned the same.

I considered it, but after replacing the thermal paste two days ago I also examined the CPU socket and the pins on the CPU. They appear to be fine based on what I observed.

previous attempt showed no startup, the CPU light remained illuminated. Two days back I added four RAM sticks totaling 32GB, yet the issue persisted—PC wouldn't power on despite the light staying on.
