Despite using the GPU in the second slot, there was no improvement. Initially, I thought the GPU might be faulty, but even with a replacement, the issue persisted. I also observed that other devices stopped functioning during the freeze, except for the audio output.

Your audio setup works independently, much like your network card typically does. It's tough to pinpoint the exact cause, but the RAM you're using should be listed on the mainboard's specifications.

Do you know a nearby repair shop? They might have an older CPU available for testing if it matches your system. Or perhaps they can check the mainboard.
