Your 980Ti runs around 80 frames per second at 1440p. If your card struggles to maintain 60 FPS at 1080p, it needs a performance check. That’s not sufficient.

You're right, it's not a CPU issue. I'm already at full capacity. The Epic preset doesn't boost performance significantly. I'm not connected to Epic.

Adjusted to the "epic" setting... achieving 100-105 frames per second at 1080p. Notice the noticeable FPS variation compared to "Max."

No. you didn't. Unless AMD has some super secret something that lets their cards run significantly better on overwatch, there is no way you're out performing a 980ti with a 390.
