I'm not sure about that, there seems to be some lag and issues. Right now I have an Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 950 with 2GB of VRAM and I'm getting a steady 60fps. When things get intense and high performance is needed, I'm considering upgrading to the RX 480 or 1060 just in case. Since I already play many other games on my PC, maybe I can wait until then.

I don't have a build, but I can help you determine what processor is needed for your project. Could you share more details about your build requirements or the platform you're targeting?

Certain games work well with specific cards, but that doesn't imply AMD is a bad choice for Overwatch.

my 980ti Xtreme Gaming clocked at 1455MHz with settings fully boosted in Overwatch at 1080p doesn't consistently maintain 60 fps across all maps. I'm unsure if this is related to the GPU manufacturer, but it seems more common in spawn areas. When I die and respawn, I often drop back to around 50-60 fps instead of staying at the full frame rate.

Reduce the rendering scale. Scaling the render too high can push the game beyond your screen resolution. Set it to 100% for a natural fit with your display. This could be similar to what the system requires to function properly.

My signature points to a build with 6700k and 980ti, but the CPU isn't at full capacity and the GPU stays at 100% usage while consuming 3GB of VRAM at 1080p.
