I've focused mostly on basic tasks, around 580 at most? 294 is fine for a first attempt, similar to my initial try. Keep improving your accuracy—work on getting it better with each practice. Quick kills are good, but with a character like McCree, reloading takes time and you only have six shots, so practice to ensure accuracy.

You should practice regularly, aiming for consistent sessions. Tracking can be helpful too. 76 might be a good starting point, but adjust based on your needs.

Also using your advice from earlier, when I played 76 last night I completed 20 comp games, won 13, averaged 45/50 eliminations and dealt 30k damage.

I generally practice once daily for 10-15 minutes. It covers the muscle motions needed to flick without overexerting myself. I work with McCree and Widowmaker, and sometimes with Mei or Zenyatta to refine my projectile skills. I don’t have a dedicated tracking training method, but I’m confident there are alternatives. I’d still enjoy practicing with Soldier: 76, since it’s regarded as “meta” and offers better mobility and self-healing compared to McCree. McCree remains a solid hero, though.

It would depend on the current state of your repository. If it's mostly clean, it might take a short time. If there are many issues or changes, it could be longer.

I haven't had the chance to play competitively since OW introduced its own mode. My experience comes from casual play since 2010, and skills tend to transfer smoothly.
