I rely on Asus' integrated AI features for their motherboards. I don't like Asrock's Polychrome. Speedfan works well across the board. I'd choose it unless you're using an Asus platform.

Under one core load it reaches 4.7GHz. Most applications run on multiple cores, which reduces the frequency slightly. 4.5GHz is typical.
