The interesting part is that my all-core speed stabilizes around 4.8 GHz, but after about five minutes it drops to highs of 4.6-4.7 GHz even though temperatures are stable. It seems the issue might be related to a time threshold on PBO that hasn't been identified yet. Overall, this approach differs significantly from previous chips.
It would be wiser to opt for an AIO and ballistics max RAM rather than investing in a custom CPU loop.
