I find it impressive how achieving high core speeds—like 4/12 cores at 5.2GHz—becomes feasible with the IPC of these chips. PBO is a solid approach, really optimizing the hardware's potential. Adjusting just one parameter can yield noticeable improvements, though these are mostly visible in benchmarks.

Real-world results are what count. Maybe not the Crucial ballistix—they're not top-tier. But if you're proud of your CPU's clock speed, consider a tailored loop and plenty of cooling.

Are there any issues with ballistics ram? You plan to use them at lower capacities and slower speeds since there are white non-RGB options available.

They're not the quickest, mainly because most models still use Micron Rev.E (especially above 3000MHz). The top choice is Samsung B-die, though even budget options like Hynix DJR and CJR seem to perform better in practice (since Ryzen prioritizes low latency over maximum memory speed).

I owned four distinct 5600-series units that consistently achieved 4.85 across all cores at 1.3-1.4v. I used a budget B550 iBoard.
