It seems I can't modify the BCLK setting on the "low end" ASUS motherboard. I attempted to run the specs using only XMP CPU voltage and CPU VCCIO with both XMP 1 and XMP 2, but neither worked—I still had the screen black as before. The available options are DRAM ratio (auto/100:100/100:133) and Memory controller: DRAM frequency ratio (auto/1:1/1:2).

2 ratio for the dram frequency ratio might be beneficial. If that works, then it means you're missing out on the silicon lottery. Alternatively, try running the fastest XMP profile, but lower the frequency to the stable you could achieve, and use a timing configurator here. Anyway, what's the latest bios info?

Bios is the newest version, and I showed it yesterday.
xmp with 1:2 fails to boot (which seems fine then? probably).
Downclocked xmp 2 appears to be working properly (previously it worked at 2933MHz without xmp)
https://prnt.sc/WqGbpIv2A8sd
It looks oddly worse without xmp again, I'm just speculating.

try using xmp 1 or the quickest xmp profile, then downclock it to 2666 or the last known bootable version. i'm curious about the xmp 1 timing.
