All chips are unique. I’m skeptical about reaching such high speeds even with one of the top binned FX-4350 chips. OC a bit and run a stress test. If you succeed, you can push it further. Reaching 60c is likely your maximum. Could you share a video about overclocking that explains the process clearly? I’d really appreciate it.
