For what purpose it's designed? Use -30 with the curve optimizer. If it fails, discard the chip.
If I were the one asking, it would be late for you. Both of your 7800X3D and 5600X3D are stable at -30, but it seems like you're okay with the 5.6GHz version, which isn't a big issue.
You just finished assembling your 9800X3D setup and are now seeing the DRAM overclock steady. Have you observed any changes in performance at the 0.1% or 1% frames with the 10x Multiplier and +200 MHz? Some report a solid increase in average/maximum FPS, though the lower frame rates suffered a decline.
The gap between -30 and -25 seems minimal. I believe a jump from 5.2Ghz to 5.6Ghz is acceptable... I don’t feel the need for extra performance. As long as my clocks are accurate and temperatures are stable, I’m fine with operating at -15°C. I’m not aiming for world records here.

None of the Zen 3 components work well at -30°C, but -25°C is acceptable. A sharp downward trend in temperature will raise core clocks without enough power to counteract it. With 9800X3D you have the ability to adjust power configurations.
