5800X3D and 7800X3D both show similar low PPT/TDC/EDC values, so likely the same applies to 9800X3D as well. 9800X3D allows you to boost those numbers and adds an extra +200 through PBO, just like their standard CPUs. Many users adjust the curve mainly for cooling purposes, but it's not about undervolting. It's simply modifying the VF curve.

I adjusted settings one by one, fine-tuning timings, DRAM speed, voltages, and FCLK. Realized the EXPO profile didn’t work for the CPU (DDR5-6400 CL30-39-39-102-1.40V). The machine kept crashing with BSODs, games froze due to memory issues, and stability tests failed quickly. DDR5-6200 turned out to be the best option.

Increase VSOC to 1.275, set VDD IOD at 1060, and monitor over 6200 cycles. Run FCLK at 2133 MHz.
