Used an i7 with a 50 dollar motherboard and a Ryzen 3 2200G with the cheapest available motherboard at 150 dollars. Your idea? The cheapest option isn't always the best. You'll need to find something functional instead.

Meh Sandy bridge works well for 4K on YouTube, especially with a strong GPU. I’ve used my 2500/1050 setup to run GN 4K60FPS at double speed consistently.
