In summary, the beta has been enjoyable and the game appears promising. In the final version, I’d like to see:
- Server browser – The match creation functions well and it’s convenient to access servers from my region. Sometimes latency affected me negatively in certain servers.
- 4 play squads – Partnering with a group of friends feels less practical when there are four players; teaming up one-on-one seems more appealing.
I’ve stopped caring because these matches now feel fixed, especially when players quit early or the outcomes are set. In modes like Sullust, losing happens if someone quits before the end. Hoth Empire always wins, which isn’t inspiring. The best weapons are just spray and pray—my view gets worse with every game, and I’m relieved I didn’t get excited because EA’s involved.
