I recall only positive experiences with Blizzard. In-game tickets weren't fixed before I logged out. A personal email from a representative arrived within 24 hours. Microsoft and Games for Windows Live seem different in this regard.
Their web presence can be a bit hard to navigate. Perhaps it’s just my perception.
