I don't agree; their site is well constructed. Plus, I've faced many game issues that were resolved quickly by submitting a ticket during play.

I recall only positive experiences with Blizzard. In-game tickets weren't fixed before I logged out. A personal email from a representative arrived within 24 hours. Microsoft and Games for Windows Live seem different in this regard.

I hope I'm not the only one! My system keeps crashing on StarCraft. I've checked all their troubleshooting steps but it still happens. I can't submit a ticket because the site doesn't load and I can't even return to their forums to look for answers.
