WMD tool finished successfully with no problems. The OCCT VRAM and 3D combination test is also running smoothly. I’ve included a photo of the control panel reliability monitor issues. I’ll proceed with the RAM tests now—thank you for your assistance!

I completed the extreme TM5 test without any problems with the RAM. I also experimented by shifting the RAM and testing each slot individually, but the grey screen still reset. I really don’t have any clear answers about what might be causing this.

You’re right about the upgrades. The PSU and GPU were taken out and swapped in, AMD drivers were installed, and the PC began crashing afterward. Yes, you likely removed and reinstalled the motherboard during that process.

The crash was occurring with the old PSU and GPU. Once I updated them, the issue persisted. After switching RAM, it kept happening. I replaced both NVME drives during a fresh Windows install, but the problem remained. I removed the motherboard during the replacement since it’s an SFF case. Yesterday I completely rebuilt the PC, removing the CPU from its socket, reinserting it, and applying new thermal paste.

Well, it seems unrelated to graphics card or power supply, and since you've already run the tests, I recommend considering an RMA for the CPU or motherboard. Alternatively, you could order a new motherboard from Amazon to verify the CPU, keep it if no further issues arise, and refund it along with a replacement CPU if problems persist.
