Your GPU is indeed a 1050 Ti and lacks DLSS. If the problem was related to anti-aliasing, switching to lower graphics settings should resolve it.

The game has various anti-aliasing options. Just test each one until you find the cause. Since your TV looks good, it’s unlikely the problem is there. It disappeared after adjusting the settings.

TVs aren't designed to handle excessive gaming or heavy viewing of shows and movies. The anti-aliasing settings might be causing issues, especially with a 1080p screen—upgrading to 1440p could help but may result in distortion.
