Based on what I observe, it seems typical rather than problematic. If it bothers you, consider uninstalling and reinstalling your drivers—it should likely fix the issue.

Which specific TV model are you using?
Can you confirm if there’s a noticeable gap between the minimum and maximum graphics levels in the game?
