It might be a hardware or software problem. The main parts to check are the motherboard BIOS. Updating it could help, and running memtest86 is a smart step.

Avoid any conflicts between components. As I mentioned earlier, please update the BIOS and retry the installation. If the issue persists, run MemTest86 to check for memory problems.

It halts mid-installation? Probably not just an automatic restart. If your BIOS is configured for USB, it will return to the installation media and bypass the SSD during the fresh Windows 10 setup. This creates a loop that appears as a failed install until you disconnect the USB. Once confirmed the process works, adjust the BIOS settings to favor the SSD.
