Hey! I recently upgraded my setup and hoped for a noticeable boost in FPS for CS:GO compared to my old rig. Currently, I’m only achieving around 100 FPS when facing other players or smoke. My hardware includes: CPU – Ryzen 5 3600 (up to 4.0 GHz), GPU – ASUS ROG Strix 5700X, motherboard – ASUS B450 FROG Strix, PSU – 650W, RAM – Corsair CL16 3200MHz XMP 2.0, and Windows with CS:GO installed on the Corsair MP510 M.2 NVMe. Many users have reported similar results with less powerful systems still managing solid performance. Based on how much CPU and GPU usage CS:GO demands, it seems to be around 15% CPU and 20% GPU load. Shouldn’t that translate to higher FPS? I’ve adjusted power settings but nothing changed. Also, the FPS differences between various game settings aren’t drastic, except in some titles. Other games run smoothly, yet I still feel like I could use more speed in CS:GO. Thanks for all the advice!

What kind of display are you using? Are you keeping your frame rate stable with VSync?

I'm setting up a 144Hz display without free sync and disabling it in AMD Control Center.

At 50 degrees Celsius on the CPU, the GPU remains unaffected.

He operates a benchmark in CS with similar specifications. I expect to see around 501 FPS, but when I run it under the same conditions I get about 200 FPS. That’s a significant difference.

Yes, the test is conducted at 1024x768 resolution with all low-level configurations enabled.

I also increased the settings, but the results were similar.

No, my performance isn't increasing to a high frequency during gameplay.
