Hello, your new PC came without Windows pre-installed. You installed Windows via a USB drive, but when using BIOS you can't see the USB in the boot options. To enable booting from the USB, you'll need to adjust your BIOS settings accordingly.

I installed Windows 11 using the media but when opening BIOS, only my SSD and HDD are visible, not my USB drive.

I simply connected it to another computer and it lists 58 gig USB, though it isn't displayed in the BIOS.

When setting up Windows, it's important to connect just one drive at a time, whether it's an HDD or SSD.

The alternative PC displayed the contents of the disk. Perhaps begin anew using the creation tool from the other PC you employed. Disable the optimization option for this machine.
