It seems like a bootable Windows setup is needed. Others might be able to help. Perhaps reinstalling the correct media creation tool disk would work.

You don't simply put Windows on the USB. Instead, you create the USB to run Windows on an internal storage device, ideally an SSD.

I've checked all options, but none display the USB during boot. It might be a BIOS setting you need to adjust to activate it.

Check the BIOS instructions in the manual. Verify if there is a BIOS update available for your motherboard and ensure it is current.

Check the bios for a CSM choice regardless of its state, flip it.
Restart and observe any changes.
