I need to verify the origin of the sound since I don’t want to invest in a new Mobo and maintain the issue. The uncertainty remains because the noise isn’t coming from chokes. I’m fairly confident about it. I recorded the noise levels and the peak occurred at the heatsink base.

The issue emerged once the cooler was installed and the core performance boost was turned off. It wasn't there before those changes.

You might remove the cooler, wipe away all debris, and put it back in place using new thermal paste. This seems more helpful for easing your worries than fixing the actual issue

Check your current components to see if an upgrade is needed. If your CPU is outdated or underperforms, consider replacing it. For power supply, assess whether your PSU can handle your system's demands.
