Whine results from shaking, CPU components may not vibrate audibly despite tight packaging. Their minuscule size also means vibrations occur at frequencies beyond human hearing range.

I don't understand why you keep bringing up the iGPU again, a little whine. It's not that bad compared to gaming, right? Still, most of the blame lies with the SOC VRM.
