If the fan stops working, the power supply will overheat and the computer will shut down. You don't want to risk damaging your other valuable parts.

The Seasonic is designed to safeguard your system in case of failure, but you must consider replacing or exchanging it soon.

Besides what others have mentioned, I wish to highlight another issue when using the PSU with fan problems: When the load or temperature fluctuates during regular operation, the PSU will signal the fan to rotate at a specific speed to produce a certain amount of airflow. But if the bearings are deteriorating, the fan will encounter greater resistance, spin more slowly than intended, and this can cause an increased abnormal internal temperature in the PSU. A higher temperature equals reduced component life.

Fortunately, this model includes a strong set of safeguards, and it will power down eventually if it overheats or encounters any other malfunction. However, I wouldn’t rely on this PSU for extended periods beyond what’s necessary.

Focus GX units come with long warranty periods. Seasonic is known for reliable warranty assistance. It’s worth checking with Seasonic to explore your possibilities.

Never attempt to open a power supply unit to fix or diagnose issues unless you have proper experience. You risk electric shock, and tampering can complicate warranty claims.
