An x86 operating system operates on an x86 processor. Windows 7 functions well with the newest CPUs. Updating via Windows Update is possible on Windows 7 using any newer AMD or Intel chip. Everything should be fine, no issues here. https://www.extremetech.com/computing/24...lake-ryzen For the latest Windows 7 update patch for newer CPUs, check out: https://github.com/zeffy/wufuc

Many titles don't work well or have issues on newer operating systems. Problems have occurred across different versions like Win98/2k through XP, XP to Vista, and Vista to 7. If you mainly play older games, 7 is a better choice now. You can also run dual boot with 7.

I noticed some questionable sites selling Norwegian Windows 7. To stay safe, I’ll opt for Windows 10 instead. When setting up a new PC, there are components requiring drivers beyond just the motherboard and graphics card.

Usually not. Devices linked via USB require drivers, though Windows can set up standard ones automatically. For advanced or specialized gear, drivers are necessary to unlock their full capabilities.

It's not necessary to unplug your SSH server during Windows installation. Just ensure you have a stable connection and follow the setup steps.

Decide as you wish. A few people do it, I don’t. Just switch off if you’re using a different operating system. I struggled with Windows 7 on another SSD.
