They're currently developing Fallout 4, which means any news about a new Elder Scrolls game will probably be about a year or more away, coinciding with the release of Fallout 4 itself. I believe Fallout 4 will arrive around Christmas this year. It's been three years since it launched. Zenimax handles the publishing, and they're part of a larger group similar to Bethesda, InXile, Splash Damage, id Software, and Arkane.
