Checked every option, but nothing worked. It would have been better if it had an MB with BIOS flashback. That would have confirmed the BIOS was solid.

It seems odd that the BIOS version matters here, as the motherboard is compatible with the 3100 model mentioned on the MSI site (7C52v30). Would you like me to check for alternative RAM or GPU options to rule it out?

I own a main PC with DDR4 RAM but no AMD processor. I intend to evaluate the RAM performance if there are no other alternatives.

It's the main energy supply for the CPU, which explains why. How long were you waiting before it appeared? Ryzen might need a few seconds to initialize during the initial start-up.
