Thanks for the update. The fact it boots into BIOS occasionally suggests it might not be a critical problem, since consistent booting would typically ensure proper functionality.

The BIOS would restart every time I changed the chips, but I managed to reach the BIOS and adjust the PCI version to Gen 3. Everything is now functioning properly. Thanks to all who assisted me! I hadn’t considered the riser might be the problem.
