The one I possess requires premium support, or else you won’t receive an automated chat bot to assist. It also doesn’t offer a method to send a support ticket, which other users or agents can use at their convenience (no time limit is implied, unlike a real-time chat). I’m searching for an email service that functions well across Android and Windows, with at least a "support ticket" feature, even without live one-on-one chat.
Which email service do you currently use?
What options are at your disposal for managing emails?
what do you mean by email service?
a platform for your personal domain to manage email addresses?
or a provider that offers the address as well (like mail.com)?
could you give more details about your needs, the purpose behind using it, and what kind of support you anticipate not receiving?
Well, mainly the mobile app functions more smoothly and is more dependable. Additionally, when issues arise with the app, even if they're rare, I'd prefer the ability to file a support ticket so an agent can assist at their convenience. My previous version included an automated text chat that simply pushed users toward purchasing the paid phone support service without any alternatives. The chat bot also failed to address questions that were actually covered in their help documentation.
I understand, but it seems unclear what this service is intended for. People are reaching out to get guidance.
Just an observation.
I've used many different personal email addresses over the past four decades.
The frequency of paying for it and requesting help remains zero.
Right now, I have Gmail accounts that are more than 20 years old.
Does your service provide IMAP access? This allows you to use any email client without dealing with the problematic one you currently have.
I'm unsure what software you're running, so I can't check it myself.
I purchased my own domain and host my accounts using privateemail. They are affordable and have worked well for me over the past ten years. For the email client, I use K-9 Mail available in the app store. IMAP setup is straightforward—just follow the instructions most providers offer.
And that hasn't changed with the demand for mobile email access? Some might view it as an overkill or unnecessary feature, but sadly, I've been forced to use two-factor authentication to reach work accounts, which was at a position that didn't offer a professional email. Consequently, I had to rely on my personal one, only to find it would expire before I could receive it.
