I have utilized Cox, Gmail accounts for both personal and professional use, as well as family accounts (personal and business) since the 90s. I don’t remember ever needing CS or paying for support. Please answer the questions so we can assist further.

I mean, when I was on Reddit, I faced criticism for complaining about something without specifying the "service" or its absence, in a question. Even under a "rant" subreddit where I wasn't seeking a solution.
Sorry, Yahoo fans, but it was Yahoo email.

I don't know anything about a Yahoo fanboy. You're asking if they offer paid customer service?

My Cox was switched to Yahoo, kept my email address, but I don't pay, and I haven't needed CS for emails in about 30 years.

try a different email application and check if it resolves the problem.
continue using K9 Mail from the app store, but experiment with another email client.
follow the provided instructions to configure IMAP access for your account.
this should help determine if the issue lies with the app or Yahoo Mail itself.

I’m unsure about the purpose of contacting customer service regarding an email account. You’re using it normally and don’t see any major issues.

You only needed customer support for issues with connecting an app. The specific issue was that every app took hours for an email to appear, even after refreshing.

Which applications require extended time? If you encounter identical issues across all emails, the issue likely lies in your app settings, not the email provider or internet service. Are you relying on the POP3 protocol, attempting to synchronize everything continuously without deleting messages?
