I just got it for PC and played it a little on the console, but I never finished it. Now I’m giving it another shot and I’m having a good time. It runs at 30 fps with high settings and 1080p—no lag or stutters. The pop-in is there but minimal. Few games have gotten this much criticism online, yet I’m really enjoying it. Is this the only one?

Sure, two of my pals also play PS4. Honestly, I don’t really care about the Assassin’s Creed titles.

I only enjoy games such as Assassin's Creed due to their narrative, not the mechanics anymore. For me, playing Assassin's Creed feels like watching a film, while most people dislike it because of low frame rates and other issues. The story always comes first over the gameplay.

Another overly promoted AAA title in my view.

I tried it and honestly didn’t hate it at all—it definitely ranks ahead of Black Flag in my list.

It seems the game isn't running smoothly, and it's not behaving as expected.

It worked fine on my end too; my system didn’t run into any problems. I preferred Blackflag more.

It was limited to 30 frames per second. Nobody would probably try this in Unity.

It really paid off. I managed around 45 frames per second, though the variation was too much to tolerate. Capping at 30 fps made the experience much smoother (unless you're comfortable with under 60 fps).

I really don't like it, but lowering it to under 60fps should help stabilize the results. I can raise it a bit for consistency. NFS Rivals seemed terrible at 30fps, so I unlocked it and pushed it to 33fps, which really improved things. I'm planning to test Unity next.
