2x24 sticks are widely available. 2x48 is less common but functional according to my sources. Should you prefer 48 GB or 128 GB? Your messages are unclear.

Some systems had XMP enabled at 6000 MHz for 2x48 configurations on strong B650 platforms, correct?

Adjust the settings using your Asus ROG B650E-E board's BIOS menu. The display lists EXPO1, EXPO2 and custom options.
