I possess 96GB in a 2x48 setup functioning well with XMP at 6400MHz. At first, BIOS compatibility with XMP was problematic until I reduced the frequency to 6000MHz using the original BIOS. The newest BIOS update now works smoothly with Crucial 6400MHz and various frequencies including 3200MHz M/Uclk, 2133MHz Infinity fabric FClk. It runs on the Gigabyte Aorus B650M Elite Ax with 7950X. Choosing to optimize for higher bandwidth improved performance and reduced latency from 49 to 41. The comparison image displays the older BIOS (2000MHz) which might have also functioned. This was last in December. I require 96GB for my work, using a 3D field solver. It was intriguing to observe the memory configuration changes between low latency and high bandwidth settings.

No, I didn't focus on the EXPO settings.

XMP refers to EXPO, used by Intel and AMD when talking about memory speeds. I frequently change between the two, so I treat them as interchangeable. The memory sticks perform as intended, and I applied the XMP/EXPO configuration for 6400MHz.
