Understanding which ISPs impose data limits would likely mean you’d need to stream nonstop due to poor speeds. I own 20Mbps fiber with a 200GB cap, yet they ignore my attempts to reach the 600GB range for a month. Surprisingly, my expectations clashed, but that’s okay.
