Get the newest BIOS from the official site. Format the USB as FAT32, save the file, and transfer it to the USB. Insert the USB into the motherboard and run the flashing setup on YouTube.

No, it's not the same. The B760M DS3H is an older chipset with different features compared to the newer B760M DS3H AX DDR4.

I pressed the button in the second picture, inserted the USB into the BIOS slot, and then powered on the PC. Is that sufficient?
