Hello, Your setup is brand new and you haven’t installed the operating system yet. When you power it on with a connected display, nothing appears. Please verify the display connection and ensure it’s recognized by the system. Also, check if the OS installation process completed successfully.

This setup uses a custom-built PC with a Gigabyte RTX 3060 GPU, an Intel i9 13900 CPU, and a Gigabyte DS3H DDR4 13th Gen motherboard. The display connects via HDMI on the GPU. Could you share any additional information you think would be helpful?

This question seems confusing. Have you connected your cable to the back of the motherboard (where USB ports are located above the GPU)? If not, use a different cable, as I've experienced some unusual problems with what appear to be normal cables. Additionally: if possible, try DisplayPort instead of HDMI, and if you have a monitor, switch its ports and ensure it's powered on with the correct input selected.

I've checked the port on the motherboard, but it didn't help. I'll test another cable and get back to you; it worked on another device. Unfortunately, I'm limited to using HDMI with my monitor.

You're checking if a known working cable is due to a BIOS problem. Yes, this can happen. To diagnose, try booting into safe mode or a recovery environment and see if the issue persists. If it does, you may need to update or reinstall the BIOS. If not, the problem could be hardware-related.

Remove the GPU from your PC, start up using built-in graphics. Use a single RAM stick and verify the RAM is correctly installed. Install Q-FLASH and refresh BIOS via the small button on the I/O panel, connecting via USB.

You might not need to install RAM right now since your GPU already has built-in memory.
