Go in to bios, from there there must be an option for turbo boost You'r CPU go up to 3.6Ghz with turbo boost

The temperatures stayed below 60°C and I relied on AIDA64 for core speed analysis. I reviewed the BIOS settings and confirmed turbo boost is enabled, yet I’m still seeing only 3.19 GHz in Task Manager during AIDA64 execution.
