I assembled my PC with an Asus Prime B650M, Wi-Fi Ryzen 9800X3D, Gigabyte 4060TI WindForce, OC 32 GB RAM, DDR5, and a 650W PSU. All fans are running and there are no RGB lights on the motherboard. I followed a YouTube tutorial about flashing BIOS with an updated version. I swapped the HDMI into the GPU, removed the GPU, and inserted the HDMI back into the motherboard. Still no display appears. After waiting a few minutes for the PC to boot up, I tried resetting CMOS by removing the battery for 5 minutes. Help needed!

Hi there. Connecting to the HDMI on the motherboard is a helpful troubleshooting move, though the BIOS should automatically switch to PCIE graphics if available. For now, just reconnect to the card. AMD systems might need a bit longer to boot up—give it about 10 minutes. It shouldn't take forever, but confirming it will help ensure everything's working properly.

Consider swapping the RAM and graphics card if needed—just take them out and put them back in. Make sure to turn off the power supply unit beforehand or unplug it completely. Are you building this for the first time?

You didn't mention connecting the CPU to 12V power, did you? It seems like it might have slipped your mind a couple of times—no problem, just do it!

The problem seems to be the monitor failing to turn on, even though using the motherboard graphics card produces the same outcome. It’s probably less likely a video subsystem issue. If replacing the RAM doesn’t resolve it, check for any damage or contamination in the CPU socket.

I've encountered the exact same issue with my latest build, and it's the same CPU model.
