I changed my settings after the previous update, but performance is still poor. I’m planning to quit the game soon and restart later. Valve clearly messed things up with this latest patch.

I received a R9 390 recently but haven’t upgraded it yet. It worked well before the update, though both my 390 and my brother’s 970 are experiencing problems now.
