They should be allowed to reclaim the key since it belongs to their game, which might have been stolen and not paid for. It’s similar to being sold a stolen bike—just because you bought it doesn’t mean it’s yours 100%. The rightful owner should have the chance to get it back. In this situation, I unknowingly purchased something stolen and now have it removed.
The current perception of G2a is quite negative. Unless you've been sheltered for a long time, you're unlikely to know the company's history of selling stolen items—though some cases exist. I occasionally use G2a to find good deals, but if a company has been accused of selling stolen keys frequently, my trust in it has decreased. However, when I spot a solid deal on games, I'm more likely to purchase from that site. In reality, as a buyer, you're still dealing with illegal goods due to the company's reputation. If you're aware of such issues, consider researching safer platforms like G2a. This is just my perspective.
