Yes, the bonding solution used in Debian is essentially the same as the one in Red Hat, though they refer to it differently—Red Hat calls it teaming.

They're not the same. I initially confused them but found out they differ. It seems RedHat offers a script to switch from bonding to teaming if needed.

When the CPU usage drops, it would help you more. My server only delivers files and doesn’t handle tasks such as multimedia streaming.
