I confirmed with the Crucial support team. The storage executive mentioned an issue verifying the firmware update, though it appears to be a bug in the application.

That's true, games can be slow to load, but once they start, they perform well. You might want to check your DNS settings—specifically the DHCP servers—to ensure they're correct. Consider setting static DNS servers for your NIC like 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 (Cloudflare), or 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (Google) to see if that fixes both problems.

I understand people will protest, but I suggest running a user benchmark test at least once and share the results. If UserBenchmark consistently shows issues, it could indicate bad hard drives—even though Crystaldisk might seem fine. This seems unusual, possibly pointing to something other than SSDs or motherboard connections. I’d still like to confirm the drives are not the problem before moving forward with troubleshooting.

We discovered the problem with the ASUS Armory Crate. After uninstalling it, everything worked perfectly and loading times dropped significantly. We're still trying to figure out why the AC was affecting performance. Thanks for your help!
