Ensure you're comfortable with the swap. If needed, relocate them to different slots as well.

The GPU is situated in PCIEX16_1, while the SSDs are positioned as follows: -1 TB in M.2_1 and 500 GB in M.2_3 (the one with the SO) IMG_3181.HEIC. When I checked Task Manager processes, there was no activity on the SSD until the long wait period ended. It seems inactive during the game boot time, even though it should be running. I haven’t tried reordering them yet, but I’ll give it another shot if nothing else helps.

If it isn't already, consider resetting the CMOS. If that fails, it might indicate a faulty board.

This clip highlights the problem: notice how the Stardew Valley app isn't visible for a long time (the video plays faster). Stardew Valley Loading (Sped up 2x).mp4

Disconnect the computer, take out the tiny coin battery from the circuit board for one minute, then reinstall it. Some boards include a special switch on the back for this step; check if your model does.

Have you checked performance metrics for these storage devices to confirm their read/write rates?

The temperatures are favorable. Did you confirm the firmware is current for those Crucial SSDs? https://www.crucial.com/support/storage-executive
