NEW PC ISSUES
The system features a 7800x3D CPU, LT720S ZERO DARK AIO, TEAMGROUP 7600mhz RAM (operating at 5400mhz), MSI 2080 OC GPU, CORSAIR RM850x power supply, and ASROCK B650M-HDV/M.2 storage (version 2.10). Recently, after a day of upgrading, I encountered an unusual problem. After booting into a fresh Windows 11 installation from USB, the screen turned black after about 25 minutes. The fans initially sped up and then slowed down slightly before returning to full speed. Interestingly, the video continued playing in the background despite the black screen. CPU, GPU, and thermal readings were normal around 40°C. Upon restarting, the same black screen appeared immediately when I pressed space to enter the Windows 11 account. I've attempted another installation but faced similar issues after 20 minutes, with an unstable black screen and full fan operation. I've tried reseating the GPU, RAM, AIO, CPU, clearing CMOS, using a custom OS, and even a fresh Windows 11 install (version 22631.3527). Additionally, I created another profile requiring admin permissions to access the boot menu because the standard "enter pin" screen didn't work. All attempts remain unsuccessful, and I'm seeking advice on potential BIOS-related causes.
Do you download chipset drivers and other software from the motherboard website? Are you checking for updates to Nvidia drivers? If it takes about 20 minutes after a restart, Windows should be updating the drivers.
I haven't attempted to install the chipset drivers; I only updated the mobo bios and plan to do a fresh install.
Yes, I have the latest Nvidia drivers.
*edit* I just installed the chipset drivers but the problem persists—15-20 minutes after installation, the Windows PC screen goes black and the fans run at full speed with the newest chipset drivers.

Collect all drivers for your motherboard. Also, obtain the newest Nvidia driver from this source and install it. If you think there are problems with GPU drivers, use DDU to delete the existing or current driver before reinstalling the latest one from Nvidia.
You should look for AMD chipset drivers to address potential RAM compatibility problems. The speed mentioned seems too high for an AMD system and isn't available in their QVL listings. I recommend returning the existing RAM and purchasing a DDR5 6000 CL30 kit, such as G-skill flare X or Trident Z Neo.
I have the most recent Nvidia drivers 552.22. Updating resolved the issue where fast boot in BIOS caused crashes, allowing me to open Windows without problems. However, playing YouTube videos now triggers a black screen with full fan noise again. I can still restart Windows.

It looks like there might be a problem with the graphics card or its driver. Install the separate Nvidia driver and use DDU to remove the outdated driver, allowing you to install the latest one. This should confirm whether the current graphics driver is functioning properly.
I replaced the old driver with a new one, but the issue persists. I'm trying to adjust/reset components, yet whenever I clear CMOS, the BIOS still loads correctly initially but crashes again when I change settings. This makes me suspect a problem with the motherboard or the BIOS version.
