It's surprising, but I restarted from the igpu five times with different BIOS settings and didn't encounter any crashes. It seems the problem might be related to the GPU. So far, I've tried reseating the GPU, re-seating the PCIe cables, and even used a different cable from the power supply just to confirm everything is fine.

It seems the graphics card is likely beyond repair. I’d consider installing it in another system first, but it probably won’t work. This would be my next recommendation if DDU couldn’t resolve the problem.

If none of those solutions work, the only clear options are:
- Using a different power supply
- Disassembling the graphics card to replace paste/thermal pads

I plan to try that too, keeping in mind the GPU worked well about four or five days ago. The issue started after switching to the new PC. I also noticed the system boots normally without the NVIDIA drivers installed—turned off the IGUI in BIOS to ensure it boots from the GPU. Could be a driver problem?
*Currently using DDU to uninstall the latest driver and install an older one to check if that fixes it*

The issue persists for older drivers; it functions normally until the computer restarts, after which clearing CMOS and uninstalling the driver via ddu through igpu is necessary. Uninstalling with nvcleanstall and using the official NVIDIA site also causes problems with both drivers.

So because everyone is suggesting a GPU problem, I installed MSI Afterburner GPU-Z and Firestrike to check temperatures and voltages. It froze, and the fans spun up quickly when loading Firestrike. The small benchmark showed no issues or artifacts. Here’s the picture: https://imgur.com/a/rDfjUpa https://imgur.com/a/3ykv1nt https://imgur.com/a/3ykv1nt

It looks like you're pushing the GPU core beyond its stock settings, which can lead to various problems. The second photo from MSI afterburner indicates a core voltage of +100% and power at 111% of the available limit. Increasing power limits and voltages manually is essentially overclocking. Interestingly, the temperature, voltage, and other readings seem inconsistent—such as the GPU core temperature staying at 0°C while reaching up to 34.2°C after opening the program. This suggests something unusual is happening.

tried oc, checked stock and undervolted it crashes on all three, shows this in the event viewer

Also, when I turn off the pc after the gpu crash, i get a BSOD but the message is corrupted, making it hard to read. At this point i just want to be sure it's dead so i can replace it.

The graphics card seems to be failing. Consider replacing it with a new one and testing it in another PC to check for similar problems. Here are some relevant Nvidia choices you might want to look into:
https://pcpartpicker.com/products/video-...sort=price
For those on a tighter budget, AMD offers more affordable options across various price ranges, especially the lower-end models. The 6800 model is around $390 and works comparably to a non-super/ti 4070.
