What RAM configuration do you have? The number of gigs, whether single or dual channel, and the speed.

In the BIOS, what speed is configured for 3000MHz?
What is your current frame rate?
Are you connecting via DP or HDMI?

Never adjusted bios fps to 200, but with more detailed settings it drops to 70-100 and seems like 20fps. Working with dual monitors.

Ensure the frame rate stays at the minimum level. Use only one monitor.
